71. Jesus appears to His disciples

After Jesus came back to life on Easter 🐣 morning, His friends were hiding 🫣 in a room because they were scared 😱 of the Jewish leaders. They had locked 🔒 all the doors, but Jesus came right into the room anyway. He showed the disciples the marks on His hands 🙌 from the nails and the mark on His side. His friends were thrilled 😁 to see that Jesus was really alive!
But one friend named Thomas wasn't there that day. 🤷🏼♂️ When the others told him "We saw Jesus!", Thomas said "I won't believe it 🙅♂️ unless I can see Him myself and touch the marks on His hands." 🙌
Eight 8️⃣ days later, Jesus came to visit them again. This time Thomas was there. 👋 Jesus said, "Thomas, come and look at my hands. 🙌 Touch the mark on my side. Don't doubt - believe!" Thomas was so amazed 🤩 that he said "My Lord and my God!" Jesus told Thomas "You believe because you have seen 👀 me. Blessed are those who believe without seeing 🙈 me."
Later, some of Jesus' friends went fishing: 🎣 Peter, Thomas, Nathanael, James, John, and two others. They fished all night long in their boat 🛥️ but didn't catch any fish at all. When morning came, they saw someone standing on the shore, but they didn't know it was Jesus. 🧐
Jesus called out to them "Friends, have you caught any fish?" 🐟
"No," they answered.
"Throw your net on the right side of the boat," 🚤 Jesus told them, "and you will find some."
When they did this, they caught 153 whopper fish 🐠 - they could hardly pull in the net! 🎣 John said to Peter "It's the Lord!" Peter was so excited 😆 that he jumped right into the water to swim 🏊♂️ to Jesus!
When they all got to shore, they saw Jesus had made breakfast 🍳 for them - fish 🐟 cooking over a fire 🔥 and some bread. 🥖 Jesus said "Come and have breakfast" 🥞 and shared the food with them. Jesus showed His friends once again that He was really alive and that He loved 🥰 them very much.
